investment bank providing both international and local clients with
quality service through an efficient combination of Western expertise
and strong understanding of the Romanian markets. The company provides
its clients a wide range of services, including: Corporate finance: Advisory services for foreign clients who want to invest in Romania as well as Romanian companies seeking strategic or financial investors. These services include assistance in structuring and negotiating deals. Advisory services for budget deficit financing and convertible bonds issuing, as well as for privatization, bad debt portofolio restructuring for commercial banks. Advisory: Providing advisory services for budget deficit financing, bond conversion, as well as advisory for privatisation and restructuring bad assets bank portfolios. Brokerage: Member of Bucharest Stock Exchange and RASDAQ (the Romanian OTC market). Danubius Securities executes trades on behalf of a range of international institutional clients and high net worth individuals, both on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and on the OTC market (RASDAQ). The company has developed good custodian relationship with some of the most reputable international banks that provide such services in Romania (ABN AMRO BANK, ING BARINGS, SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE).
